Interviews & Follow-Through
Once you've identified candidates you want to move forward with, we coordinate interviews end-to-end — scheduling, prepping candidates, and keeping momentum so nothing stalls. After each round, we follow up with candidates to gauge interest, surface any concerns early, and keep the process moving toward a close.
Offer, Negotiation & Onboarding
When you're ready to make an offer, we handle the negotiation — salary, benefits, start date, and any other terms — so the conversation stays smooth and the candidate stays warm. Once the offer is accepted, we stay in close contact with your new hire through their start date to ensure they're prepared, excited, and ready to make an impact from day one.
